Building Hope in Counseling and Professional Coaching
"Attract what you expect, reflect what you desire, Become what you respect, mirror what you admire."
About Me
If you’re looking for someone to simply validate where you are, this may not be the right place.
But if you’re ready to be challenged, supported, and held accountable, to break cycles, strengthen your family, and live with clarity and purpose, you’re exactly where you need to be. At Building Hope, the primary focus is coaching: practical, structured, faith-aligned guidance for individuals and families who want real change, not endless conversations or surface-level solutions.

Together, we’ll confront the hard stuff, head-on, and build the life God designed for you: one of peace, strength, and deep connection. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living, let’s get to work.
Coaching That Builds Structure, Leadership, and Change
Many people don’t need therapy—they need direction, clarity, and systems that actually work.

My coaching approach is designed for individuals, couples, and families who are motivated, functioning, and ready to take responsibility for growth. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or symptom management, coaching focuses on:

This work is active, direct, and results-driven.
-
Accountability and follow-through
-
Faith-aligned values lived out in daily life
-
Clear expectations and boundaries
-
Emotional regulation and self-leadership
-
Family structure and communication
Family Coaching
Family coaching is ideal for parents and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeated conflicts, or unsure how to lead their home with calm authority and consistency.
I help families:

-
Reduce emotional escalation and power struggles
-
Create clear, workable routines and expectations
-
Support neurodivergent children with structure and predictability
-
Improve parent–child communication
-
Rebuild confidence and leadership in the home

Family coaching is educational, goal-oriented, and available nationwide.

When Therapy Is the Right Fit

While coaching is the primary focus of my work, I am also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and provide therapy when mental health treatment is clinically appropriate in the state of Nevada.
Therapy may be a better fit if you are experiencing:

-
Significant anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms
-
PTSD or severe emotional distress
-
A need for diagnosis, treatment planning, or insurance-based care

When appropriate, we can discuss whether coaching or therapy is the best path forward.
